NAEYC Accredited

UDCC has been an accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children since its beginning as University Baptist Children’s Center in 1986. At UDCC, we believe in the benefits of NAEYC's superior standards to children and families.

The early years in a child's life leave impressions on a child's learning style, preferences a d attitude towards learning that last a lifetime. The ten standards for NAEYC accreditation speak to early childhood education that speaks to the whole child- ensuring that children's intellectual, emotional and physical needs are being not only met, but exceeded. Providing the standard of care met by a NAEYC accredited center enables children to become competent, inquisitive, empathetic, socially responsible learners.
